This means that to work smart you should work together. If you work in a team you will get more done. If you work in a team you will work faster.More things will be done. Sometimes you also need to keep encouraging each other so that you are able to move forward. When you are in a team, everything is better. You are able to communicate with each other and encourage each other. You also get the feeling of never being alone. You are surrounded by people and they are there to help you out.
