“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body; it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.”
President John F. Kennedy
This means that we are only fully capable when we are at good health and our body is strong. If you have a healthy body then you have a healthy mind and that will lead to success. When your body is healthy you have the confidence you need to do anything.

“No student ever attains eminent success by simply doing what is required of him/her; it is the amount and excellence of what is over and above the required that determines the greatness of ultimate distinction.”
Charles Kendall Adams, American Historian
This means that you have to do more than what is expected to achieve success. You have to do more in order to get more. If you only do what is expected you will only fill the requirements that you were expected to do. In other words, you only do the least you can. For example in order to fulfill the requirements in a class you need only to get a “C” but if you want to be successful and do more, you will get an “A.”

If soemone expects you to not succeed you can prove them wrong and do everyhting you can to be better than they are. It is as if someone told you you can't even make it into a community college and you end up going straight into a university. You have proved them wrong and done better than what they expected.

"Goal setting is goal getting. Set and get."
Mark Victor Hansen
This means that you will get what you set.You have to reach with ambition to your goals to get what you want. If you know what you want then you will eventually get it. This is because if you know what you want then you will know what to do to get it.
I still havent reached many of my goals. I am also convinced that that won't be happening any time soon. I have completed some minor goal but not the ones with the bigger picture. Those, I admit won't be happening until i am older. I try not to forget about this notebook and try to carry it with me wherever i go but sometimes it's difficult. I think this notebook has helped me seen what i want for myself and what i am up against. The dreams i have are big and i know it wont be easy to get there. I think one of my main goals i have to work on is to stop comparing myself to others. For some reason, whenever I see a girl i start tolist the reasons why she is better than me and always put myself as a minority. I guess i have to work on that and i still have a long way  to go. In all, I hope to have finished most of these goals by the end of the year.
